About the role

As a self-care advisor at Apoteket Falken, you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that our customers receive just the help they need.

Being a self-care advisor means that you work with advisory sales of our over-the-counter products. You start from each individual's unique needs to offer suitable products with your expertise. You act with care and commitment, truly putting the customer at the center.

For us, it is important that we as a pharmacy continue to develop, and we want you to be part of that journey. In this role, you are also expected to contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Receive paying customers at the counter, pick up and manage new goods that arrive
• Work with exposure to ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked and welcoming
• Actively work with campaigns and news in self-care

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a trained pharmacy technician/self-care advisor.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer meetings and the ability to work with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills, contributing to creating a well-functioning team
• You are structured and ensure that no important and crucial details are missed, with the ability to see the whole in different contexts

It is a big plus, but not a requirement, if you have experience working in retail as well as with customer meetings and inventory management.
